Hi there - thanks for popping by and visiting my website.

I'm an amateur photographer living in Ware, Hertfordshire and have a passion for getting outdoors with my camera to capture some of the beauty around us.  Given the chance, I love to travel abroad, meet people from different cultures and capture images from those magical places outside the UK.  But, closer to home, we have some stunning landscapes here, so I always try to find some time each year to visit parts of the UK with my camera.

Whilst landscape photography is my 'happy place', I'm happy to dabble with other genres, especially when in the company of other photographers who might enjoy a hot chocolate and cake break!  Please take a peek at my galleries for a flavour of the things I get up to when I'm not working, or pop by my Instagram feed (mpsimsphotography) for the occasional update on my photographic activities.
